To help you get started with STM32MP23x product lines evaluation, you can rely on the STM32MP257F-DK Discovery kit and applicable piece of STM32 MPU embedded software to run with STM32MP23 characteristics (peripherals, features, and performances).

The embedded software distributions^[1] supported for the STM32MP235 line are listed below.

For the Linux^® distribution, up to three software Packages are delivered:

the Starter Package (software image)
the Developer Package (SDK for cross-development, source code for the BSP of the distribution)
the Distribution Package (build framework on Linux host PC, source code for the whole distribution)

OpenSTLinux expansion packages can be applied on the top of the OpenSTLinux distribution to enable the use of additional components for a specific feature (such as AI-based computer vision).
