1. Usage
The NoIndex template is used to add, in a page, the __NOINDEX__
magic word so that this page is neither indexed by search engines, nor indexed by the internal wiki search.
For example, a sub-article whose content is per definition only intended to be included in other articles, should not be indexed.
Using this template instead of the magic word directly makes use of the magic word easier to track.

2. Maintenance
This template is a template common to all ST wikis.
Modifications must be done into the WikiModel. They must be reviewed by all ST wikis maintainers.
When approved, the template can be pushed/merged towards all ST wikis.
